Billing questions
How billing works
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Choose the new plan or interval from Storage & Plan; the change is prorated on your next invoice.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your files stay. Uploads pause while usage exceeds the new limit, and the app shows how much to free up.
How do workspaces get billed?
Each workspace has its own subscription, paid by the workspace owner. Personal storage and workspace storage are separate quotas.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us within 14 days of a charge you did not intend and we will sort it out.
